Bookings
Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting Misbourne Beauty directly.
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits
A non-refundable booking deposit of £20 is required when booking massage treatments online. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will always be honoured.
Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time without charge.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is given, your booking deposit will be transferred to one alternative appointment.
Cancellation by Misbourne Beauty
Occasionally appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
The full treatment fee may still apply, even where the treatment time is reduced.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the loss of your booking deposit.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings whilst attending appointments. Misbourne Beauty cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Misbourne Beauty, Massage & Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate or not in the client's best interests. This includes where accurate or complete health information has not been provided.
Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information before each treatment and for informing Misbourne Beauty of any changes to their health, medication, pregnancy status or medical conditions.
Misbourne Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Pregnancy
Pregnancy must be disclosed before treatment. Certain massage treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, and treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined where appropriate.
Treatments
Treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice where appropriate.
Every client responds differently to massage therapy. While treatments are provided with professional care and skill, specific outcomes or results cannot be guaranteed.
Age Requirement
Massage treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in a range of monetary values.
Gift vouchers:

Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Must be presented or quoted when booking or attending an appointment.

Can be used towards treatments offered by Misbourne Beauty, Massage & Wellbeing.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Cannot be used after the expiry date unless required by law.

May be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment booked using a gift voucher, our standard cancellation policy applies.
If an appointment is missed without sufficient notice, the voucher may be treated as redeemed.

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
